HORA is an independent mobile application developed and managed by Walter Ferrari, acting as Data Controller under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information We Collect

Phone number (used for OTP authentication and account verification)
Email address
Instagram username (optional and voluntarily provided)
Device push notification token
Technical logs such as IP address, device type, and login timestamps
Limited usage data for product improvement

HORA does not collect location data. HORA does not access your contact list. HORA does not use advertising tracking technologies. HORA does not sell personal data.

Analytics

HORA uses analytics tools provided by Firebase to improve functionality. Analytics data is used exclusively for internal product improvement and not for advertising or tracking.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained until the user deletes their account. Upon deletion, data is removed from active systems and deleted from backups according to technical retention schedules.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly within the app. Deletion permanently removes associated personal data.

Security

Data is protected using secure cloud infrastructure and encryption in transit.
